I’m an interior stylist located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. My passions include interior design, psychology, the beach, dogs, and helping people! I’m definitely a Summer person and love to be outdoors. I’m always traveling and looking for a new adventure!
My passion for interior design began when I was young. I was always redecorating the interior of my house against my mothers wishes and changing rooms in the house from wall colors to furniture. Ever since then, I’ve never stopped experimenting on her house and we’ve transformed it professionally since establishing Label It Lauren – she now has a beautiful master suite and a spa bathroom!
After graduating from high school, I attended Framingham State University for psychology. Although I wasn’t sure exactly which career path I wanted to take, I knew psychology intrigued me. I’m able to implement that into everyday life as well as into interior design! Interior design is largely psychological, it’s all about how a space makes you feel and how the human brain works while walking through an open house. I took a break after two years of school but I’m currently enrolled as a full time student to obtain my psychology degree – the path I’m on will allow me to be a certified interior designer and I’m excited to continue my psychology education!
When I’m not helping people turn houses into homes, I’m busy traveling and learning about new people and places. I’ve been to several different countries, a majority of the states, and most recently have been to Hawaii. I believe that traveling teaches you so much that you can’t learn from a computer. Seeing new buildings and architecture in other places around the world can be so inspiring when it comes to design.
I love what I do and I’d love to work with you!
